A bet on tojaybet may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed and not replayed within 48 hours; a technical error results in incorrect odds being displayed; the market is suspended before the event begins due to a significant event (such as a player being ruled out) that materially affects the bet. Where a void bet was part of an accumulator, the void leg is removed and the accumulator continues with the remaining legs.

Tojaybet reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time — for example, while a wicket or goal is being reviewed. Once suspended, no new bets will be accepted until the market reopens. If tojaybet publishes odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — sometimes called a "palpable error" — we reserve the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Tojaybet defines a palpable error as odds that are materially different from the true market price at the time of the bet.
